This is my throttle arm. The one that caused the first automotive recall in history. Well, since 1970 I haven't been able to adjust it because I bent it to fit the twisted Torquer2 carb mount. The instructions with the new FI said to check for full throttle. DUH! It was just reaching 3/4 throttle. Well, what to do? Stick it in a vise and try to adjust it I guess. Half an hour later the bend (in the wrong spot) was fixed and I had full travel. Now the throttle opens perfectly.
